Anyways…. Episode #3 is a good one, this weeks guest is THE Jessica Flores…if you’ve worked with us over the past several years I’m sure you’ve gotten the pleasure to work with her. Jessica plays a HUGE part on the Team and its largely because of her we’re able to do what we do.
I feel like theres an old myth in Real Estate that says Realtors have to be a one person business…that they have to do anything and everything by themselves during a transaction. Which for a lot of Realtors is how things work…They handle the marketing, the paperwork, the listings, the MLS, the inspections, financing, appraisals, title companies, lenders, negotiations, open houses, putting out fires etc. etc. etc…..
Needless to say there’s a lot that goes into every single Real Estate transaction that sometimes depending on the volume can be pretty crazy and Realtors can either go nuts or burn out. This was basically me before Jessica joined the team, it was a one man show before…because of her and our other Team Members we are able to help all of our clients… no matter if they’re buying, selling, investing whatever… in the most efficient way possible.
As “head of operations”, she leads the way for what’s next with Team Montalvo and we thank her!
