So I’ll be honest, totally dropped the ball this week because I didn’t know what Top Five I wanted to cover….
“Wait…Gino, don’t you have this stuff planned out weeks and weeks in advance?”
Ummmmmm no, and didn’t you see that I ordered an Adult Big Wheel this week so I was prettttty busy.
Any wayyyyyys, it looks like it worked out perfectly because I just found out today is National Margarita Day!!! Yasssssssss, so without further ado…here we go!
Week 7 – The Top Five Margaritas In Corpus Christi
1. Mesquite Street Pizza and Pasta Co.
I know what you’re thinking…. wait a minute, how does a pizza place have the best margarita in town?! Look I don’t know…how do 3 year olds know how to use youtube better than me, why do we drink drinks but eat food, why am I one of the top agents in town? It is what it is! If you’re looking for a fun a delicious spin on the average Margarita then Mesquite Street is the place to go! Oh and if you haven’t tried any of their menu yet you NEED TO GO NOW!
According to The Bend Magazine Posty had the Best Margarita in the coastal bend in 2018, with their bold flavors, fresh ingredients and one hell of a kick…what else could you ask for?! While we’re talking bout The Post… have you had one of their Mojitos?! PURTY MUCH D BEST IN TOWN! Makes you think, is there anything bad at this place???
Number 3 on the list comes from a little hidden gem on the west side of town called The Blue Cove. Famous for their seafood/mexican cuisine but also serves up some ice cold mouth watering frozen drinks. Must try… the Watermelon Rita!
Known for their beautiful burgers and shakes…Grub also serves up a mean skinny margarita to wash down your Worms and Dirt shake! So hurry up! Today they’re doing $5 Ritas!
Now, one of my freaking favorites in town and I don’t care what anyone says… the “Perfect Margarita” at Longhorn is the bestttttttttttttt! Perfect flavor, perfect mix, perfect tequila to mix ratio… plus it comes with its own tumbler so you really get that Tom Cruise cocktail vibe once you finish your first glass and get to shake out a little more in there for you!
